APERC Statement European Chemicals Bureau Removes NP From List of Possible PBTs April 19, 2005 The European Chemicals Bureau, Institute for Health and Consumer Protection, Joint Research Centre released a draft status report in February 2005 stating that nonylphenol (NP) was dropped from the European Commission list of Persistent Bioaccumulative and Toxic (PBT) substances.
