In October 2001, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) posted to its web site a draft report by the Japan Ministry of Environment entitled “Report on the Test Results of Endocrine Disrupting Effects of Nonylphenol on Fish (Draft).” APERC submitted comments to OECD on the draft report on January 3, 2002.
